Raphan Kebe is a wonderful teacher of movement, with his own distinctive style called Space and Flow. We connected via movement but formed a friendship though honesty and humility. His honesty and creativity are just some of the things that inspire me the most about him.

We met over the airwaves, and dived into an incredibly honest and brave conversation about who we are and why we are. We spoke of things like:

🥞 The joy to be found in discipline

🦚 The danger of the personas we identify with

🥞 Developing a peacefulness with where you are

🦚 The timeframe for real sustainable change

And of course… joy ✨

    • For me that covers our wellness in our wholeness; inter-connected across the spectrums of physical, mental and social wellbeing. Social is an area that is often overlooked, but a place where a lot of the darker parts of ourselves can show up. Yes I believe in the magic of our spirits and that we are part of something greater, namely the collective whole. We are all made of energy and connected to one another. When I connected back into the source of my spirit, the godliness within myself if you like, then I was able to use that spirit to guide me. So less about something external, the spirit that lives within us all. Thank you for your comment. Wishing you love.
