Ruth Penfold-Brown


Ravneet Gill is a force to be reckoned with. She started out training as a pastry chef and has gone on to create Counter Talk, a brilliant community for folks within the startup space. Rather fabulously, she has also just published her first book, The Pastry Chefs Guide.

We met over the airwaves, with her to the East and me to the West of London. We spoke of things like:
